Circa 1850: Two Scientist, Justus Von Liebig and Charles Gerhart (Inventor of the Aspirin) in their quest to improve the health conditions of their time, discovered the Catalytic Burner System.
The chemical reaction caused by the Catalytic burner produces aldehydes, rising oxygen and Ozona, compounds that prove to disinfect and purify the air.
While its first antiseptic powers were primarily used in medical institutions-- today, especially in Europe-- we find the Catalytic burners, more commonly known as Fragrance Lampes, in modern households.
Circa 2005: Contemporary Fragrance Lampes, while revered for their air purification qualities, are equally loved for their Fragrance and Beauty.
It's no wonder that the combination of Purification and Fragrance in a Collectable decorative bottle has put this invention in the top 10 most recognized French products.
