The U.S. Postal Service is responsible once the packages leave our warehouse. The USPS tells us three to seven business days is usually the average time that it takes for a package to arrive to its destination. The longer times are impacted by the state shipped to, or rural areas.  Packages are sent out First Class or Priority from the Post Office. See our shjpping page for details.

Please keep delivery time in mind when ordering for a special occasion such as a baby shower.      

Items may be returned to Pure Joy Baby for an exchange with in seven days after arrival. They must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent out for full credit. Please send a copy of your order or your order number. Without your name and date of order we have no way of knowing who the return is from.

When returning items for exchange your account will be credited for items purchased only - NOT SHIPPING COSTS - unless we've accidentally made an error.  (I'd like to say we're perfect - but human and computer errors do happen!)

When packages are returned to Pure Joy Baby that the Post Office is unable to deliver due to incorrect address given on an order, or in the event a package is lost, purchaser will be responsible for cost of re-shipping to corrected address if available. We'd also like to mention that if your party is not available to receive packages sent or pick them up from the local post office they will be sent back to us and we will credit your purchase, but NOT shipping.   Please double check the shipping address to make sure it's correct!
